Who we are
NK Coaching is the practice of Nancy Karam. This site is used to explain the work and to take enquiries for a free discovery call.
What we collect
If you send a booking enquiry we store the name, email, note and preferred time you enter, together with the date and the page you sent it from. That is so Nancy can reply. If you choose Accept all we also store first-party visit figures on this hosting account: pages and sections viewed, time on a section, device type, timezone (used only as a rough country hint), and the site you arrived from. A random visitor id cookie is used so repeat visits can be counted without knowing who you are. If you choose Essentials only we do not set those analytics cookies and we do not record visit figures. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers.
Fonts and hosting
Type is served from this site. The site is hosted on a standard web account. The host and our email provider may process data as needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept so they can be answered and then for a reasonable follow-up period. Visit figures are kept as daily logs on the hosting account and can be cleared from the admin dashboard.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry. You can change cookie choice at any time via Cookies in the footer. For privacy questions, use the contact details on this site or the email you used in an enquiry.
