The first time you visit, you can choose Essentials only or Accept all. You can change that later with Change cookies in the footer. We remember the choice in a small essential cookie.
Essential
nk_consent — remembers Essentials only or Accept all, for about one year. The site cannot keep your preference without this. A booking enquiry uses the form you submit. That is not a hidden tracker. The admin area uses a session cookie so staff can stay logged in. Visitors to the public site do not receive it.
Analytics (only if you Accept all)
nk_vid — a random id so we can tell visits apart, for about one year. nk_src — the first other website that sent you here, for about six months. Visit events are sent to this site only (not to Google) and stored in logs on the hosting account: page, section, time, device, timezone, and arrival site.
Marketing
None. There is no Google Analytics, no ads cookie, and no social pixel. If a YouTube or Vimeo film is added as a background later, that player can set its own cookies. Treat Accept all as covering that, or remove the film.
Google Search and fonts
Search engines may index public pages. Type is hosted here, not loaded from Google Fonts.
